Community Reinvestment Act ("CRA")

During the 81st 2021 Nevada Legislative session, Senate Bill 145 (“SB145”) was enacted, amending Chapter 665 of Nevada Revised Statutes and becomes effective October 1, 2021.

 

SB145 requires a financial institution subject to the Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”) to notify NFID of the current CRA rating as soon as the CRA rating becomes available. NFID is required to post the rating on its website and report the information to the Legislative Commission.


The information is due on an annual basis on or before December 31st, with the first due date of December 31, 2021. Please submit the below information:   

  1.  Depository Name
  2.  As of Date for CRA Rating
  3.  CRA Rating
  4.  State, OCC or FRB regulated 
  5.  Number of training sessions conducted
